If you are in to this type of novel about WIW (Women in Wheelchairs) you are all set. The test is; if the boss lady had no disability but just liked to dress provocatively and arouse her employees, would the average person buy this? Probably not, since the reading audience is heavily targeted toward WIW devotees. In this book the plot (naturally) centers around two things; (1) the woman's restricted mobility, (2) the hero's sexual arousal for WIW. The rest is the standard erotic story with clothes left all over the floor ( and in this case her wheelchair) a lot of moaning, and bodily fluids being shot and passed every where and the two people trying figure out what makes the other one tick.

Graphic Designer & Sponsored street artist know as 'Miss Wah' lives in Worcestershire, England surrounded by sketchbooks, markers and spray paint! She began her love of doodling from a very young age drawing on anything she could get her hands on including several important letters from the bank plus countless magazine covers (because models make great pirates... obviously!) now in her thirties nothing has really changed! After starting a successful Youtube channel - she began to realise a lot of people shared her love for her cute characters. She began to create more and more canvases, stickers and wheat pastes in turn progressing onto marker murals and huge spray paint pieces around the world, These pieces gained her sponsorship from uni posca. She now runs her own business and spends all of her free time creating commissions, drinking a lot of tea, editing videos, reading far too many books, and spending far too much time on instagram.

I love this book! It has 23 designs that are single sided and on medium quality paper. I think this is a great book for kids and adults alike. If you love kawaii or cute, fun books this one is for you!

22 Adorably cute designs printed on one side of non-perforated paper

[[VIDEOID:3223c845dfed518515f316e182420735]]This is a book of 22 really cute and fun designs. The Kawaii in the title is the Japanese word for cute or adorable and that is certainly what this is. For some who may have some difficulty with spelling, like at least two members of my family, the island in Hawaii is spelled Kauai. When I shared that I had bought this book, they thought it was going to be a book about the island. While they may have been disappointed, I certainly was not. The designs are really cute and remind me of Hello Kitty type of cuteness. There are happy smiling characters all around. It's the type of coloring book that brings a smile to your face.

The designs are printed on one side of fairly thin paper. The pages are white and are not perforated. The designs have a framing line around them and stop short of the bound edge, so you can use a penknife to cute pages out if you so wish. The binding is glued rather than sewn.

All of my markers had issues with this paper. The best were my Stabilo 88 which only left a shadow on the backside of the page. I could still tell what color it was. Surprisingly, my Staedler fineliners seeped right through. My gel pens did not leak through but I could see a shadow of color. My coloring pencils all worked excellently with the paper. I suggest putting a thicker piece of backing paper or chipboard under the page you are working on to make sure that any ink doesn't ruin the page behind it.

I'm starting to add a note to publishers/artists about how the book could be improved. We should keep in mind that improvements probably will add to the cost of the book, so it is one of those be careful what you wish for scenarios. In this particular case, the publisher is CreateSpace, which is actually owned by Amazon. As so many independent artists use this publisher, I'm hoping that some improvements can be made without too much additional cost.

In this case, the publishing of the book could be improved in two ways: 1) make the pages perforated. Making it easier to remove the page to color makes life easier for many colorists; and 2) improve the paper quality so that ink doesn't leak through.

Cute and quirky!

The subtitle is A Cute Coloring book, and...it really is! I wasn't sure of the definition of kawaii, so looked it up. It means: the quality of being cute, or items that are cute. Check. The illustrations are also quirky, weird, a little odd, with assorted animals, treats, and even animated household objects. Overall, a whole lot of fun to color. The book is small, 8.5 inches square. And while Amazon lists it as having 54 pages, there are actually only 22 pages to color with a few extra pages that include the front and end text. The paper is thin, but I put a sheet behind my project and my markers didn't even bleed through to that sheet, which surprised me. And it's that weird kind of 'dry' paper that sometimes sucks up the marker ink really fast and makes them go dry. If you use markers, you know what I mean by that. Should be great with colored pencils. Images on one side of page only. If you like cute and slightly quirky, this is the book for you!

Still a Must-Have Marketing Handbook

I reviewed the 6th edition of this book over 3 years ago, giving it 5 stars. This 8th edition - with important updates (not just to keep the publisher happy) - still merits a solid 5 stars in my view.

As I originally wrote in reviewing the 6th edition, this is a worthwhile management handbook for any executive - marketing or otherwise - who wants to understand marketing without the hype. It focuses on the principles of marketing management - formulating, executing, and tuning strategy and tactics. It is all meat, and no fat, containing neither fluff nor 5-step "how to" formulas that are so disappointingly popular in marketing releases. Chernev's contribution to the field of marketing can be summed in neatly in one word: Frameworks. He takes abstract concepts and melds them together into sensible, structured frameworks that shows how the concepts and principles fits - and work - together.

It is a tight, well-organized work - now a heftier 265 pages. Chernev sees marketing as a structured, disciplined business function. He gets good marks for making his case. Distilling 40 years of marketing research and theory, the book crystallizes it into a presentable and logical format. It is not a quick or necessarily easy read: it has a decidedly academic bent, though those who enjoy Drucker and Porter will find it highly readable. It should serve any marketing practitioner well as a solid marketing handbook.

I've used Chernev's Strategic Marketing Management text in my MBA and EMBA classes for years now and find it the best book by far - and so do my students. The book not only introduces and explains all the important marketing concepts, but shows exactly how managers can make strategic marketing decisions by applying the frameworks.

A friendly warning: the book is not an encyclopedia of everything everyone ever knew about marketing - however I think that's one of its strengths. The writing is clear and concise, and the chapters are structured around marketing decisions rather than marketing topics.

The 8th edition contains some new and useful marketing workbooks.

Academic book. Very good for understand the branding core concepts. The paper quality is very bad. Is the cheapest paper that I have ever seen!
