About the Author
Zuzana Šochov� is an independent Agile coach and trainer and a Certified Scrum Trainer with more than fifteen years of experience in the IT industry. She led one of the very first Agile international projects in the Czech Republic, focusing on distributed Scrum teams, working in different time zones between Europe and the USA. Now she is a leading expert on Agile and Scrum practices in both startups and big corporations. She has experience with Agile adoption in telco, finance, healthcare, automotive, mobile, and high-tech software companies. She has worked in various positions, starting as software developer for life and mission-critical systems, and continuing as a Scrum Master and director of engineering. She has been working as an independent Agile coach and trainer since 2010, specializing in organizational and team coaching, facilitations, and culture change using Agile and Scrum.�
Zuzi is a well-known international speaker. She is a founder of the Czech Agile Community, which organizes the annual Agile Prague Conference. She received her MBA from Sheffield Hallam University (UK), and her master’s from Czech Technical University. She coauthored Agile Methods Project Management, written in the Czech language.

Must-read for every Scrum Master

This book is a must-read for every Scrum Master! I've just finished reading it for the third time and although I consider myself quite experienced, I've gathered a large amount of new insights. The three levels of the Scrum Master are a useful perspective to take into account. It clearly shows the richness and potential of the Scrum Master role. The book contains clear examples, practices, and lot's of exercises you can try immediately. If you're interested in this position, this book is definitely worth reading.

Great book for great Scrum Masters

The Great ScrumMaster is great choice for all ScrumMasters who want to move to the next level. After this book I finally understand what is the real ScrumMaster goal and how to achieve it. It gave me great tips I could experiment with in my day to day job. Even that little I tried made a huge difference to our team and organization already. It’s a must have book for every ScrumMaster.

The book is super valuable, great drawings, examples, and full of powerful tips to help any ScrumMaster. It fills an important gap in providing practical advice and tools for ScrumMasters who wish to improve their craft. I'd recommend it for certain.
