Too simple

This book reads like a glossary of sampling related terminology, giving a short summary of each definition. If you have used a sampler before than you won't learn anything new from reading this.
It might be helpful to someone who doesn't know what a sampler is. But in that case you would need something more systematic, with specific instructions about how to do various tasks in a sampling project. This book doesn't have that either.
