Good read, good advice

My husband, who usually does not like to read - especially books that tell him what to do - asked me to buy this book for him. This book makes sense and it has advise on things he can use.

A bit wordy in the beginning chapters and repetitive about hiring a physical trainer. Bob Forman covers golf specific stretching exercises and then golf specific strengthening exercises. Improving the strength of the abdominal muscles to fix lower back pain worked for me. Overall I found the exercises do work and the book is worth buying. I recommend it.

Forman's easy-to-understand explanations work for everyone... Exercises that anyone can do just about anywhere - and he explains issues with different parts of your body (if you have some pain or stiffness in one area, focus on that section)... Clearly loves what he's doing - and wants everyone to enjoy golf for a long time!
